Peter C. Sugar has recently published his second book of pen and ink sketches entitled Impressions of Italy. His international contributions in the fields of architecture and art have taken Peter from his birthplace of Budapest to England, where he earned his BA at the Bartlett School of Architecture in 1955, then to the U.S. for an MArch from MIT, and to Saudi Arabia to work on a town-planning project, during an eight-year stint living in Italy. It was here that Peter captured, in pen and ink, hundreds of well-known landmarks and lesser-known scenes during his meanderings around that country.
